Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vykazování kryptoaktiv v kontextu právního rámce České republiky. Práce se nejdříve zaměřuje na charakteristiku kryptoaktiv a jejich dosavadního vývoje, implikace vývoje do účetnictví a aktuální českou legislativu k vykazování kryptoaktiv. Z důvodu dynamického vývoje kryptoměnové legislativy ve světě je na zahraniční regulaci ukázán možný vývoj pravidel vykazování v Česku. Dále jsou na konkrétní české společnosti znázorněna úskalí účtování s kryptoaktivy a zdůrazněny nedostatky aktuální právní úpravy. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of crypto-asset reporting in the context of the legal framework of the Czech Republic. The thesis first focuses on the characteristics of crypto-assets and their development to date, the implications of the development for accounting and the current Czech legislation on the reporting of crypto-assets. Due to the dynamic development of cryptocurrency legislation in the world, the possible development of reporting rules in the Czech Republic is shown in relation to foreign regulation. Furthermore, the pitfalls of accounting with crypto-assets are highlighted on a specific Czech company and the shortcomings of the current legal regulation are emphasized. |
