| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na roli controllera v podniku a identifikaci náplně práce a klíčových požadavků, které jsou na tuto pozici kladeny na českém pracovním trhu, a platového ohodnocení v praxi. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení controllingu, jeho cílům, funkcím a začlenění do organizační struktury. Dále popisuje profil controllera z pohledu odborných i osobnostních předpokladů. Praktická část je založena na analýze sedmi pracovních inzerátů, z nichž byly získány konkrétní údaje o náplni práce, požadavcích na praxi, vzdělání, softwarových dovednostech, jazykových znalostech, charakterových vlastnostech a nabízené mzdě. Analýza potvrdila, že náplň práce controllera vykazuje vysokou míru variability. Výsledky analýzy dále odhalily, že mezi nejčastější požadavky patří předchozí praxe v oblasti controllingu, vysokoškolské vzdělání ekonomického směru, znalost programů jako Microsoft Excel a SAP a schopnost komunikovat v anglickém jazyce. Dále bylo zjištěno, že průměrná mzda na této pozici převyšuje celorepublikový průměr o více než 42 %. Výstupem práce je také přehled doporučení, který mohou sloužit jako praktický návod pro uchazeče o zaměstnání v oblasti controllingu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the role of the controller within a company and the identification of the job description, key requirements placed on this position in the Czech labor market and the salary offered by employers. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of controlling, its objectives, functions, and integration into the organizational structure. It also describes the profile of a controller from the perspective of professional and personal prerequisites. The practical part is based on an analysis of seven job advertisements, from which specific data were obtained regarding job responsibilities, experience requirements, education, software skills, language knowledge, personal characteristics and offered salary. The analysis confirmed that the job scope of a controller can vary a lot. Further results revealed that the most common requirements include previous experience in controlling, university degree in economics, knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel and SAP and the ability to communicate in English. It was also found that the average salary for this position exceeds the national average by more than 42 %. The output of the thesis also includes a set of recommendations that can serve as a practical guide for job applicants. |
