| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými povinnostmi souvisejícími s intrakomunitárním obchodováním v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat legislativní požadavky, postupy a praktické aspekty vykazování obchodních transakcí mezi členskými státy Evropské unie. Práce se zaměřuje na legislativní rámec účetnictví a daní, systém Intrastat, souhrnná hlášení a specifika obchodních transakcí přesahujících 15 milionů Kč. Součástí práce jsou také praktické příklady a případové studie, které ilustrují dopad těchto pravidel na účetnictví podniků. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with accounting and tax obligations related to intra-community trading in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze legislative requirements, procedures and practical aspects of the reporting of commercial transactions between the Member States of the European Union. The thesis focuses on the legislative framework of accounting and taxes, the Intrastat system, summary reports and specifics of business transactions exceeding CZK 15 million. The thesis also includes practical examples and case studies that illustrate the impact of these rules on business accounting. |
