| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem digitalizace na strukturu bankovních poplatků a digitálních služeb. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak nástup fintech společností, regulační změny a očekávání zákazníků proměnily nabídku bankovních služeb a cenovou politiku bank. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu bankovních poplatků, digitálním službám a regulačnímu rámci Evropské unie i České republiky. V praktické části jsou analyzovány vybrané banky z hlediska rozsahu digitálních služeb, struktury běžných účtů a výše poplatků za vybrané transakce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the impact of digitalization on the structure of banking fees and digital services. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how the emergence of fintech companies, regulatory changes and customer expectations have transformed the range of banking services and pricing policies of banks. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the concepts of banking fees, digital services and the regulatory framework of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The practical part analyses selected banks in terms of the scope of digital services, the structure of current accounts and the level of fees for selected transactions. |
