Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na udržitelný turismus v mikroregionu Hustopečsko, přičemž hlavním cílem je sestavení profilu návštěvníka této destinace, doplněného o postoje vybraných aktérů. Na základě těchto údajů je možné zhodnotit sektor udržitelného turismu a rozvoj Hustopečska v kontextu rovnováhy tří pilířů udržitelného rozvoje. Výzkum je založen na kombinaci kvantitativní (dotazníkové šetření) a kvalitativní (polostrukturované rozhovory) metody. Hlavní pozornost je věnována mandloňovým stezkám, které se staly klíčovou turistickou atraktivitou dané oblasti. Práce dále zkoumá rovnováhu tří pilířů udržitelného rozvoje v kontextu turismu. Výsledky získané terénním šetřením ukazují, že Hustopečsko má potenciál k dalšímu rozvoji udržitelného turismu, avšak je nezbytné lépe koordinovat zapojení veřejné správy, podnikatelů a místních obyvatel. Práce nabízí konkrétní návrhy, které mohou přispět k dlouhodobě udržitelnému směřování turismu v této oblasti. Výsledky mohou také sloužit jako podklad pro strategické plánování a hlubší pochopení návštěvnického chování v regionu. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on sustainable tourism in the Hustopečsko microregion. The main goal is to create a visitor profile for this destination, together with the opinions of selected stakeholders. Based on this information, it is possible to evaluate the sustainable tourism sector and the development of Hustopečsko in the context of the balance of the three pillars of sustainable development. The research is based on a combination of quantitative (questionnaire survey) and qualitative (semi-structured interviews) methods. The main attention is given to the almond trails, which have become a key tourist attraction in the area. The thesis also examines the balance of the three pillars of sustainable development in the context of tourism. The results of the field research show that Hustopečsko has the potential for further development of sustainable tourism, but it is necessary to better coordinate the involvement of public administration, entrepreneurs, and local residents. The thesis offers specific suggestions that can contribute to the long-term sustainable direction of tourism in this area. The results can also serve as a basis for strategic planning and a deeper understanding of visitor behaviour in the region. |
