The work addresses the main challenges that non-financial reporting brings to these companies, as well as the benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises and the competitive advantage in the market. It also discusses the main legislation on which non-financial reporting is based, and how the implementation of non-financial reporting influences processes within companies and what changes companies had to adopt.
