| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce se věnuje tradici a současnosti česko-španělských vztahů. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda mají vzájemné vztahy taková specifika, že je lze označit za nadstandardní. A také vymezit charakter vzájemných vztahů a nalézt zásadní dějinné události a faktory, které vztah utvářely. Práce zkoumá oba státy na základě jejich velikosti a atributů, které ovlivňují zahraniční politiku. Historická analýza se věnuje období vzájemných kontaktů a vztahů od počátku středověku až do současnosti. Důležitým aspektem je 20. století a cesta od znovunavázání diplomatických styků. Současné vztahy jsou rozděleny do rovin politické, ekonomické a kulturní. |

| Abstract: |
The diploma thesis focuses on the tradition and present of Czech-Spanish relations. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the mutual relations have such specifics that they can be described as above standard. The aim is also to define the nature of the relationship and to identify the key historical events and factors that have shaped the relationship. The thesis examines the two states on the basis of their size and attributes that influence foreign policy. The historical analysis focuses on the period of contacts and relations from the beginning of the Middle Ages to the present. An important aspect is the 20th century and the journey since the re-establishment of diplomatic relations. Current relations are divided into political, economic, and cultural levels. |
