Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní regulací reklamy, přičemž zvláštní důraz klade na specifickou oblast srovnávací reklamy. V první části analyzuje právní rámec této formy propagace v kontextu nekalé soutěže, evropské legislativy a podmínek přípustnosti podle českého právního řádu. Druhá část se věnuje eticko-právním omezením reklamy ve vybraných oblastech, jako jsou alkohol, hazard či tabákové výrobky. Dále představuje roli samoregulačních orgánů a konkrétní příklady z praxe. Závěrečná část shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na vnímání kontroverzních prvků v reklamě ze strany spotřebitelů. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the legal regulation of advertising, with a special emphasis on the specific area of comparative advertising. In the first part, it analyses the legal framework of this form of promotion in the context of unfair competition, European legislation and the conditions of admissibility under the Czech legal system. The second part focuses on the ethical and legal restrictions on advertising in selected areas such as alcohol, gambling and tobacco products. It also presents the role of self-regulatory bodies and concrete examples from practice. The final part summarises the results of a questionnaire survey focused on consumers' perception of controversial elements in advertising. |
