Ekonomický rozvoj země je závislý na tom, jak efektivně podnikatelská sféra funguje. Právní úprava podnikání je v každém státu jiná. Může usnadňovat nebo naopak komplikovat proces založení podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu právních opatření regulujících zakládání a provozování restaurací v obou zemích, zjistit odlišností a podobností právních úprav v ČR a RF, a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení právního rámce v oblasti podnikání v gastronomii. |

| Abstract: |
The economic development of a country depends on how effectively the business sector operates. The legal regulation of business varies from state to state. It can either facilitate or complicate the process of establishing a company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of legal measures regulating the establishment and operation of restaurants in both countries, to identify the differences and similarities in legal frameworks in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation, and to propose recommendations for improving the legal framework in the field of gastronomy-related entrepreneurship. |
