Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním právních úprav v oblasti ubytovacích služeb mezi Českou republikou a Běloruskem. Práce analyzuje klíčové oblasti regulace – hygienické normy, ochranu spotřebitelů, podmínky podnikání, daňovou a finanční regulaci a pracovní právo. Na základě komparativní analýzy identifikuje rozdíly a podobnosti mezi oběma právními systémy a hodnotí jejich dopad na kvalitu a bezpečnost služeb. Cílem je formulovat doporučení pro zlepšení právního prostředí v oblasti ubytovacích služeb s ohledem na efektivní řízení a podporu cestovního ruchu. |

This bachelor’s thesis compares the legal frameworks regulating accommodation services in the Czech Republic and Belarus. It analyzes core regulatory aspects, including hygiene standards, consumer rights protection, business licensing, taxation, and labor law. Through a comparative approach, the thesis identifies key differences and similarities in the two legal systems and assesses their impact on the quality and safety of services. The objective is to provide recommendations for enhancing the legal environment in accommodation services to support effective governance and sustainable tourism development. |
