Tato diplomová práce zkoumá dopad programů Antivirus a Kurzarbeit na stabilizaci pracovního trhu v České republice a Německu během pandemie COVID-19. Pomocí kvantitativní analýzy dat z let 2018–2022 a s využitím poznatků z odborné literatury je hodnocen jejich vliv na zaměstnanost v jednotlivých sektorech ekonomiky. Analýza sleduje vývoj zaměstnanosti ve vztahu k poklesu výkonnostních a pracovních ukazatelů – zejména obratu, produkce a odpracovaných hodin – v sektorech, kde byla veřejná podpora významně čerpána. Výsledky ukazují, že opatření významně přispěla ke stabilizaci zaměstnanosti, zejména v nejvíce postižených odvětvích. Jejich účinnost však závisela na struktuře trhu práce, rozsahu pokrytí a délce trvání podpory. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines the impact of the Antivirus and Kurzarbeit programs on labor market stabilization in the Czech Republic and Germany during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using quantitative data from 2018 to 2022 and insights from academic literature, the thesis evaluates their impact on employment across different economic sectors. The analysis tracks employment trends in relation to declines in performance and labor indicators – particularly turnover, production, and hours worked – in sectors where public support was significantly utilized. The results show that these programs contributed substantially to employment stabilization, especially in the most affected industries. However, their effectiveness depended on labor market structure, coverage, and the duration of support. |
