Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké dopady měla implementace standardu NDC na systém distribuce leteckých služeb. Práce se rovněž snaží identifikovat přínosy, problémy a výzvy s implementací spojené z pohledu hlavních aktérů v odvětví. Hlavní pozornost je věnována pohledu globálních distribučních systémů a cestovních kanceláří/agentur na českém trhu. Ke sběru dat bylo využito kvalitativního přístupu. Vlastní šetření probíhalo metodou expertních rozhovorů a zaměřovalo se na dosavadní zkušenosti profesionálů v cestovním ruchu s NDC, jejich přístup k novým systémům, spatřované přínosy, potíže, náklady a výzvy. V závěrečné části se práce snaží nastínit možný budoucí vývoj ve způsobu prodeje letenek v následujících letech s přihlédnutím k probíhajícím a chystaným změnám. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis explores the impacts of implementing the New Distribution Capability (NDC) standard on the distribution of air travel services. It also aims to identify the benefits, challenges, and issues associated with NDC implementation from the perspective of key stakeholders in the industry, specifically global distribution systems and travel agencies operating in the Czech Republic. A qualitative research approach was applied, with data collected through a series of expert interviews. The research focuses on the experiences of industry professionals with NDC, their attitudes towards the new systems, and the perceived advantages, difficulties, costs, and challenges. In its final part, the thesis outlines the potential future development of airline ticket distribution, considering the current and anticipated industry changes. |
