Bakalářská práce pojednává o právní úpravě licenčních smluv k předmětům průmyslového vlastnictví v České republice a Ruské federaci. Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat právní úpravu licenčních smluv k předmětům průmyslového vlastnictví v České republice a Ruské federaci s důrazem na komparaci obou právních systémů. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí - teoretické charakteristiky licenčních smluv, analýzy české právní úpravy, zkoumání ruské úpravy a komparace obou systémů. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou věnovány pramenům právní úpravy, náležitostem licenčních smluv (forma, předmět, rozsah oprávnění, licenční odměna), registraci licenčních smluv a institutu nucených licencí. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the legal regulation of licensing contracts for industrial property rights in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The thesis aims to analyze the legal regulation of licensing contracts for industrial property rights in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation with emphasis on comparison of both legal systems. The thesis is divided into four main parts - theoretical characterization of licensing contracts, analysis of Czech legal regulation, examination of Russian regulation, and comparison of both systems. Individual chapters are devoted to sources of legal regulation, licensing contract requirements (form, subject matter, scope of rights, licensing fees), registration of licensing contracts and the institution of compulsory licenses. |
