Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopady konceptu Společnosti 5.0 na japonský vzdělávací systém. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli po schválení konceptu Společnost 5.0 došlo v Japonsku k výraznějším změnám ve vzdělávacím systému. Práce na začátku přibližuje tento pojem a poukazuje na důvody, které za jeho vznikem stály. Následně se zabývá technologiemi, jejich dopadem na pracovní trh a možnými následky používání technologií na pracovní pozice. Z hlediska vzdělávání charakterizuje nejen různé typy škol, ale hlavně důsledky zavedení Společnosti 5.0 na vzdělávací systém. Na základě analýzy tří vybraných oblastí (počet studentů na technických školách/oborech, instituce celoživotního vzdělávání a financování vzdělávání) bylo zjištěno, že žádná z oblastní neprošla výraznějšími změnami. Tato zjištění však neznamená, že nedošlo k žádným změnám, změny jsou však pozvolné a postupné. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines the impacts of the Society 5.0 concept on the Japanese education system. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there have been significant changes in the education system in Japan after the approval of the Society 5.0 concept. The thesis begins by introducing the concept and highlighting the reasons behind its creation. It then discusses the technologies, their impact on the labor market and possible consequences of using technologies in job positions. In terms of education, it characterizes not only the different types of schools, but more importantly the impact of the introduction of Society 5.0 on the education system. Based on the analysis of three selected areas (number of students in technical schools/fields, lifelong learning institutions and education financing), it was found that none of the areas has undergone significant changes. However, these findings do not mean there have been no changes, but the changes are gradual and incremental. |
