Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopady dluhové krize na kvalitu řeckého zdravotnictví v období od roku 2009 do současnosti. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory, které k těmto dopadům přispěly. Vzhledem k omezené dostupnosti statistických údajů byla zvolena metoda systematické rešerše odborných studií publikovaných v letech 2014-2024. Práce se opírá o data z mezinárodních institucí (OECD, WHO, Světová banka aj.) a výsledky devíti vybraných vědeckých studií, které splnily stanovená kritéria. Výsledky ukazují výrazné zhoršení dostupnosti a kvality zdravotnické péče v důsledku úsporných opatření, poklesu veřejných výdajů a omezení kapacit. Identifikované faktory zahrnují strukturální nedostatky systému, politická rozhodnutí během krize a vysokou míru spolufinancování ze strany pacientů. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines the impact of the Greek debt crisis on the quality of the country's healthcare system between 2009 and the present. The aim of the study is to analyse the main consequences of the crisis on healthcare provision in Greece and to identify key factors that contributed to these outcomes. Due to the limited availability of statistical data, a method of systematic review was applied, focusion on peer-reviewed studies published between 2014 and 2024. The analysis is based on data from international institutions (OECD, WHO, World Bank etc.) and findings from nine selected academic studies that met predefined inclusion criteria. The results indicate a significant deterioration in the accessibility and quality of healthcare, caused by austerity measures, cuts in public funding and capacity reduction. Contributing factors include structural weaknesses in the healthcare system, political decisions made during the crisis, and a high level of out-of-pocket payments by patients. |
