| Abstract: |
Cílem diplomové práce je nejprve ověřit nízkou četnost využívání nákladů životního cyklu v českém prostředí jako kritéria pro výběr dodavatele a poté nalézt a popsat příčiny nízké využívanosti. Vyhodnocení je provedeno na základě přezkoumání zadávacích dokumentací zakázek v České republice a Finsku a jejich následné porovnání. Z důvodu povahy nákladů životního cyklu je pole veřejných zakázek zúženo na dodávky vozidel, kde náklady životního cyklu představují ekonomicky výhodnější alternativu k nejnižší ceně. U obou zemí je zkoumáno, v jakých případech jsou náklady životního cyklu využívány. Na základě výsledků porovnání jsou navržena doporučení. Práce vychází ze statisticky doložené informace, že nejnižší cena je v současné době dominující kritérium. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the thesis is first to verify the low frequency of the use of life cycle costs in the Czech environment as a criterion for supplier selection and then to find and describe the reasons for the low usage. The evaluation is done by reviewing procurement documents in the Czech Republic and Finland and then comparing them. Due to the nature of life-cycle costs, the field of procurement is narrowed down to vehicle deliveries where life-cycle costs represent a more economically viable alternative to the lowest price. For both countries, it is examined in which cases life cycle costs are used. Based on the results of the comparison, recommendations are proposed. The paper is based on statistically documented information that the lowest price is currently the dominant criterion. |
