| Abstract: |
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a současnými výzvami silniční nákladní dopravy v České republice v kontextu evropského dopravního trhu. Zaměřuje se na faktory, které oslabují konkurenceschopnost českých dopravců, zejména rostoucí provozní náklady, nedostatek pracovních sil a nové legislativní požadavky. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na dopady silničního Balíčku mobility, který zásadním způsobem mění pravidla pro mezinárodní přepravu v rámci Evropské unie. Změny se týkají pravidel pro návraty vozidel, vysílání řidičů, administrativní zátěže a zpřísňujících se environmentálních standardů. Výzkum kombinuje kvantitativní analýzu pomocí korelačních a regresních modelů s kvalitativním přístupem ve formě SWOT analýzy, která je dále rozpracována do matice WOTS. Na základě výsledků jsou navržena opatření a strategie, které mohou přispět ke zlepšení postavení českých dopravců v rámci jednotného evropského trhu. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines the development and current challenges of road freight transport in the Czech Republic within the context of the European transport market. It focuses on factors that weaken the competitiveness of Czech carriers, particularly rising operational costs, labour shortages, and new legislative requirements. Special attention is given to the impacts of the Mobility Package, which significantly alters the rules for international transport within the European Union. The changes relate to vehicle return rules, the posting of drivers, administrative burdens, and increasingly stringent environmental standards. The research combines quantitative analysis using correlation and regression models with a qualitative approach in the form of a SWOT analysis, further developed into a WOTS matrix. Based on the findings, the thesis proposes measures and strategies that may contribute to strengthening the position of Czech carriers within the single European market. |
