| Abstract: |
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickým řízením a zapojením stakeholderů v České jezdecké federaci (ČJF). Cílem je zhodnotit, zda současná strategie a rozhodovací procesy odpovídají potřebám různorodých skupin členů. Výzkum kombinuje obsahovou analýzu zápisů z jednání, dotazníkové šetření a nestrukturované rozhovory. Výsledky poukazují na nedostatky v komunikaci, transparentnosti a regionální spravedlnosti. Závěrem jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení participace, posílení důvěry a efektivnější strategické řízení federace. Práce přispívá k diskuzi o správě sportovních organizací v českém prostředí. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines strategic management and stakeholder engagement within the Czech Equestrian Federation (ČJF). The aim is to evaluate whether the current strategy and decision-making processes reflect the needs of the federation’s diverse membership groups. The research combines content analysis of meeting records, a questionnaire survey, and unstructured interviews. The findings highlight shortcomings in communication, transparency, and regional equity. The thesis concludes with recommendations to improve participation, strengthen trust, and enhance the strategic governance of the federation. It contributes to the broader discussion on the governance of sports organizations in the Czech context. |
