Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje vliv finančních a nefinančních benefitů na zaměstnaneckou angažovanost zaměstnanců Českých drah, a.s., z perspektivy odborových organizací. Kvalitativní případová studie, založená na rozhovorech s dvanácti zástupci Odborového sdružení železničářů (OSŽ) a analýze dokumentů, identifikovala vnímání benefitů a procesy jejich vyjednávání. Zjištění poukazují na význam KOP a dovolené a generační rozdíly v preferencích. Práce přináší praktické implikace pro optimalizaci benefitních programů a posílení sociálního dialogu v podobných organizacích. |

This bachelor's thesis analyzes the influence of financial and non-financial benefits on employee engagement at České dráhy, a.s. (Czech Railways), from the perspective of trade union organizations. A qualitative case study, based on interviews with twelve representatives of the Railwaymen's Trade Union (OSŽ) and document analysis, identified perceptions of benefits and their negotiation processes. Findings highlight the significance of spa and wellness stays (KOP) and vacation, as well as generational differences in preferences. The thesis offers practical implications for optimizing benefit programs and strengthening social dialogue in similar organizations. |
