Práce zkoumá vliv výše uživatelských poplatků na poptávku po smíšených veřejných službách, jejich regulační funkci a sociální dopady. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda poplatky mohou efektivně omezovat nadměrnou spotřebu a současně zachovat rovný přístup pro různé příjmové skupiny obyvatel. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvantitativní metody prostřednictvím online dotazníkového šetření. Analýza dat ukázala, že většina uživatelů veřejných služeb nevnímá současnou výši uživatelských poplatků jako překážku v jejich využívání, přestože připouští jejich potenciálně negativní dopad na nízkopříjmové skupiny. Zjištění potvrdila regulační potenciál poplatku, neboť motivují k hledání alternativ a snižují riziko přetížení daných služeb. |

| Abstract: |
The work examines the influence of user fees on the demand for mixed public services, their regulatory function and social impacts. The aim was to determine whether fees can effectively limit excessive consumption while maintaining equal access for different income groups. The research was carried out using a quantitative method through an online questionnaire survey. Data analysis showed that the majority of users of public services do not perceive the current level of user fees as an obstacle to their use, although they admit their potentially negative impact on low-income groups. The findings confirmed the regulatory potential of the fee, as it motivates the search for alternatives and reduces the risk of overloading the given services. |
