| Abstract: |
Předmětem práce je fenomén nelegální práce, zaměstnávání formou zastření pracovněprávního vztahu jinou nebo žádnou smlouvou. Zaměřuje se především na práci na černo. Tato práce shrnuje její rizika, výhody a nevýhody z pohledu různých subjektů. Dále se věnuje pracovní motivaci v kontextu nelegální práce a postojům k nelegálnímu zaměstnávání. Cílem práce je identifikovat motivy vedoucí k výkonu nelegální práce a zhodnotit jejich možný vliv na rozhodování managementu v oblasti zaměstnávání. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, jež je realizován skrze polostrukturované rozhovory, které jsou následně analyzovány pomocí tematické analýze. Výstupem je ucelený pohled na vnímání nelegální práce v České republice. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the phenomenon of illegal work, specifically employment carried out under the concealment of an employment relationship through an alternative or non-existent contract. The focus is primarily on undeclared work. This thesis summarizes its risks, advantages, and disadvantages from the perspectives of various stakeholders. It also addresses work motivation in the context of illegal employment and attitudes toward such practices. The aim of the thesis is to identify the motives leading individuals to engage in illegal work and to assess their potential influence on managerial decision-making in the field of employment. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews, which are subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis. The outcome is a comprehensive insight into the perception of illegal work in the Czech Republic. |
