Práce se věnuje digitalizaci ve veřejné správě. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na Platební portál Středočeského kraje. Cílem práce je navrhnout potřebná doporučení a opatření, která budou mít za následek větší zapojení obcí do Platebního portálu Středočeského kraje. Sběr informací probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření. Díky němu bylo možné identifikovat důležitost jednotlivých bariér, které obce odrazují od zapojení do Platebního portálu a na základě toho navrhnout doporučení, jak tyto bariéry překonat. |

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to digitalization in public administration. It specifically focuses on the Payment Portal of the Central Bohemian Region. The aim of the work is to propose the necessary recommendations and measures that will result in greater involvement of municipalities in the Payment Portal of the Central Bohemian Region. Information was collected in the form of a questionnaire survey. Thanks to this, it was possible to identify the importance of individual barriers that discourage municipalities from participating in the Payment Portal and, on this basis, to propose recommendations on how to overcome these barriers. |
