Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu právního postavení sportovních spolků, které využívají veřejné prostředky k financování svých aktivit. Konkrétně se věnuje výzvám, s nimiž se potýkají menší kluby zaměřené na méně známé sporty, jako je například korejské bojové umění taekwon-do. K vypracování případové studie byl proto zvolen Taekwon-Do klub Fénix, z.s., jelikož z velké části využívá státní a veřejné podpory a zároveň se během svého rozvoje potýkal s konkrétními problémy při splňování administrativních a právních požadavků. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak čerpání veřejných prostředků ovlivňuje každodenní fungování klubu, identifikovat klíčové překážky, se kterými se potýká a zmapovat konkrétní problémy při získávání a využívání financí. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the analysis of the legal status of sports associations that use public funds to finance their activities. Specifically, it looks at the challenges faced by smaller clubs focusing on lesser-known sports such as the Korean martial art of taekwon-do. Therefore, the Taekwon-Do Klub Fénix, z.s. was chosen for this case study because it has largely benefited from government and public support, while also facing specific challenges in meeting administrative and legal requirements during its development. The aim of this thesis is to determine how the use of public funds affects the day-to-day functioning of the club, to identify the key obstacles it faces and to map the specific problems in obtaining and using the funds. |
