Diplomová práce se věnuje současnému trendu využití umělé inteligence jako alternativy k tradičnímu outsourcingu lidské práce. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na nástroje typu chatbot a voicebot, které v organizacích nahrazují pracovní pozice v oblasti zákaznické podpory a příbuzných služeb. Cílem práce je zhodnotit výhody a rizika spojená s nasazením uvedených technologií z pohledu firem, které je aktivně využívají. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery odpovědnými za jejich implementaci. Výsledkem práce je ucelený pohled na roli umělé inteligence v procesu nahrazování lidské pracovní síly a proměny outsourcingových modelů v důsledku nástupu inteligentních technologií. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the current trend of using artificial intelligence as an alternative to traditional workforce outsourcing. The main focus is on chatbot and voicebot tools that are replacing customer support and related service positions in organizations. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the benefits and risks associated with the deployment of these technologies from the perspective of companies that actively use them. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with managers responsible for their implementation. The result of the work is a comprehensive view of the role of artificial intelligence in the process of replacing workforce and the transformation of outsourcing models due to the emergence of smart technologies. |
