| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv nositelných technologií, konkrétně sluchátek, na každodenní život a duševní pohodu uživatelů. Zaměřuje se na to, jak sluchátka umožňují vytvářet osobní zvukový prostor, regulovat pozornost a emoce. Teoretická část vychází z konceptů technologií self-care, afektivní regulace a každodenních kulturních praktik. Výzkum využívá kvalitativní metodu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s šesti mladými respondenty, kteří sluchátka používají v různých kontextech. Výsledky ukazují, že sluchátka nejsou vnímána pouze jako prostředek k poslechu hudby, ale také jako nástroj pro řízení soustředění, rytmu dne a emoční rovnováhy. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis explores the impact of wearable technologies, specifically headphones, on the everyday life and mental well-being of users. It focuses on how headphones enable the creation of personal sound space, regulating attention and emotions. The theoretical part is based on the concepts of self-care technologies, affective regulation and everyday cultural practices. The research uses a qualitative method of semi-structured interviews with six young respondents who use headphones in different contexts. The results show that headphones are not only perceived as a means of listening to music, but also as a tool for managing concentration, the rhythm of the day and emotional balance. |
