Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem prosociální motivace a jejího vztahu k vnímanému smyslu vojenské služby u příslušníků aktivní zálohy ozbrojených sil České republiky. Cílem práce bylo ověřit hypotézy týkající se přímých vlivů na smysl služby a jako doplňkový výzkum také mediační a moderujícího vlivy. Zkoumanými konstrukty jsou prosociální motivace, smysl služby, soulad s rolí (role-fit), vnímaná vlastní účinnost (self-efficacy) a sociálně-morální klima. Výzkum byl realizován kvantitativní metodou prostřednictvím standardizovaných škál a statisticky analyzován v programu Jamovi. Byly využity metody regresní analýzy, konfirmační faktorové analýzy a testování interakcí. Výsledky ukázaly, že prosociální motivace je silným prediktorem vnímání smyslu služby. Mediace přes souladu s rolí nebyla statisticky významná, stejně jako moderující efekty vnímané vlastní účinnosti. Ukázalo se však, že jedinci s vyšší prosociální motivací vykazují signifikantně vyšší úroveň smyslu služby. Práce nabízí podněty pro další výzkum i praktické využití v oblasti personálního managementu a strategické motivace. |

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of prosocial motivation and its relation to the perceived meaning of military service among members of the active reserve of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to test hypotheses concerning direct influences on the meaning of service and, as additional research, mediating and moderating influences. The constructs investigated are prosocial motivation, meaning of service, role-fit, perceived self-efficacy and socio-moral climate. The research was carried out using a quantitative method through standardized scales and statistically analyzed in Jamovi software. The methods of regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and interaction testing were used. The results showed that prosocial motivation is a strong predictor of perceived meaning of service. Mediation via role-fit was not statistically significant, nor were the moderating effects of perceived self-efficacy. However, individuals with higher prosocial motivation appeared to show significantly higher levels of meaning of service. This thesis offers suggestions for further research and practical applications in the field of personnel management and strategic motivation. |
