Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání rozdílů mezi účetním obra- zem a vnímáním finanční reality ze strany zaměstnanců Charity Česká republika. Pomocí smíšeného výzkumného přístupu (explanatory sequential design) jsou nejprve analyzovány finanční výkazy organizace z let 2019–2023 a následně jsou prováděny polostrukturované rozhovory s pěti zaměstnanci. Práce se soustředí na pět oblastí finančního řízení: likviditu, rezervy, dary, do- tace a strategii hospodaření. Výsledky ukazují vysokou míru shody mezi oběma rovinami, přičemž zaměstnanci potvrzují opatrné a stabilizační nasta- vení finančních strategií organizace. Praktickým přínosem práce je podpora interní reflexe a návrhy na zlepšení komunikace o finanční situaci směrem k dárcům i veřejnosti. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on examining the differences between the accounting picture and the perception of financial reality by employees of Caritas Czech Republic. Using a mixed research approach (explanatory sequential design), the financial statements of the organization from the years 2019–2023 are first analyzed and subsequently semi-structured interviews are conducted with five employees. The thesis focuses on five areas of financial management: liquidity, reserves, donations, subsidies, and financial strategy. The results show a high degree of agreement between both levels, with employees confirming the cautious and stabilizing setting of the organization’s financial strategies. The practical benefit of the thesis is the support of internal reflection and suggestions for improving communication about the financial situation towards donors and the public. |
