Bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv sociálních sítí na pracovní výkon, prokrastinaci a digitální návyky u generace Z. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda intenzita a způsob využívání sociálních sítí souvisí s negativním vnímáním výkonu a výskytem méně zdravých digitálních návyků. Výzkum byl realizován na vzorku 137 respondentů formou online dotazníku. Výsledky ukázaly, že vyšší denní doba a časté používání sítí během práce či studia souvisí s negativním hodnocením výkonu a častějším výskytem nezdravých digitálních návyků. |

This bachelor thesis examines the impact of social networking on work performance, procrastination and digital habits among Generation Z. The aim was to determine whether the intensity and type of social networking use is related to negative perceptions of performance and the occurrence of less healthy digital habits. The research was conducted on a sample of 137 respondents in the form of an online questionnaire. The results showed that higher hours of the day and frequent use of networking during work or study are related to negative perceptions of performance and more frequent occurrence of unhealthy digital habits. |
