Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitální transformace ve finančním managementu malých a středních podniků v České republice. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké technologie podniky používají, jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich přijetí a jaké dopady mají na praxi. Teoretická část se opírá o model UTAUT a TAM, přičemž analyzuje také překážky a přínosy digitální transformace. Výzkumná část je založena na kvantitativním přístupu, konkrétně dotazníkovém šetření mezi 92 respondenty. Výsledky vícenásobné lineární regrese potvrdily statisticky významný vliv facilitačních podmínek na míru digitální transformace. Práce přináší teoretický přínos pro pochopení digitální transformace v SME a zároveň praktické implikace pro manažery, kteří se snaží efektivně zavádět nové technologie. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis explores the issue of digital transformation in financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Czech Republic. The aim was to identify which technologies are used by companies, what factors influence their adoption, and what impact they have on practice. The theoretical part is based on the UTAUT and TAM models and also analyses barriers and benefits of digital transformation. The empirical part is based on a quantitative approach, specifically a questionnaire survey conducted among 92 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression confirmed a statistically significant influence of facilitating conditions on the degree of digital transformation. The thesis provides a theoretical contribution to understanding digital transformation in SMEs and also offers practical implications for managers striving to implement new technologies effectively. |
