Cílem práce je identifikovat specifika managementu ve vzdělávacích hudebních institucích a orchestrech. Teoretická část práce bude věnována ukotvení klíčových témat vztahujících se k výzkumným otázkám v odborné literatuře. Empirická část práce se zaměří na vnímání specifik hudebních institucí, manažerských dovedností, stylu vedení, oblastí pro zlepšení z pohledu podřízených a výzev, se kterými se manažeři v hudebních institucích nejčastěji potkávají. Práce vyústí v interpretaci odpovědí na výzkumné otázky, které se budou opírat o výsledky autorského kvalitativního výzkumu. |

The aim of this thesis is to identify the specific features of management in music education institutions and orchestras. The theoretical part will focus on anchoring the key topics related to the research questions in the relevant academic literature. The empirical part will explore how these specific features, managerial skills, leadership styles, areas for improvement from the perspective of subordinates, and the challenges most commonly faced by managers in music institutions are perceived. The thesis will conclude with an interpretation of the research questions based on the results of the author’s original qualitative research. |
