Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat, zda generace mají vliv na motivaci zaměstnanců v odvětví fastfood. Pomocí Bayesovských sítí a statického testování jdou zpracovány dva datové soubory, které slouží jako podklad k zjištění klíčových motivačních faktorů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, metodickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy spjaté s motivací. Metodic-ká část vysvětluje, jakým způsobem byl zpracován výzkum. Prak-tická část analyzuje výsledky Bayesovských sítí a statistického tes-tování. Bylo zjištěno, že starší generace je motivována penězi, za-tímco mladší generace jsou více motivovány kolegy a pracovní at-mosférou. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis is to analyze whether generations have an influence on the motivation of employees in the fast food industry. Using Bayesian networks and static testing, two data sets are processed, which serve as a basis for identifying key motivational factors. The work is divided into theoretical, methodological and practical parts. The theoretical part defines concepts related to motivation. The methodological part explains how the research was conducted. The practical part analyzes the results of Bayesian networks and statistical testing. It was found that the older generation is motivated by money, while the younger generation is more motivated by colleagues and the work atmosphere. |
