Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou veřejného financování sportu v České republice v evropském kontextu. Cílem práce je porovnat přístupy k financování sportu v Česku a ve vybraných evropských zemích (Německo, Rakousko, Slovensko, Švédsko, Estonsko, Maďarsko) a na základě komparativní analýzy identifikovat silné a slabé stránky českého systému. Práce se zaměřuje na nástroje financování, institucionální rámce a strukturu veřejné podpory. V analytické části jsou využita kvantitativní data, která byla podrobena korelační analýze pomocí Spearmanova koeficientu. Výsledky naznačují, že míra veřejné podpory sportu v ČR je spíše průměrná. Diplomová práce přináší návrhy na zlepšení systému veřejné podpory sportu, a to zejména v oblastech strategického plánování, transparentnosti a podpoře sportu pro všechny. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the issue of public funding of sport in the Czech Republic in the European context. The aim of the thesis is to compare approaches to sports funding in the Czech Republic and selected European countries (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Sweden, Estonia, Hungary) and based on a comparative analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Czech system. The thesis focuses on financing instruments, institutional frameworks and the structure of public support. The analytical part uses quantitative data that was subjected to correlation analysis using Spearman's coefficient. The results indicate that the level of public support for sport in the Czech Republic is rather average. The thesis offers suggestions for improving the system of public support for sport, particularly in the areas of strategic planning, transparency and support for sport for all. |
