Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací postojů a názorů českých obchodních společností na implementaci umělé inteligence do finanční-ho managementu. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, zda podniky vidí v zavedení AI příležitost či hrozbu, jaké faktory ovlivňují její přijetí či nepřijetí, v jakých oblastech chtějí technologii zavést a jaké konkrétní nástroje k tomu plánují použít. Využita byla kvantitativní metoda, konkrétně dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky ukázaly a přinesly vzácné poznatky související s adopcí umělé inteligence ve finančním managementu, přičemž většina společností zastává pozitivní postoj a vidí v technologii AI příležitost. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on identifying the attitudes and opinions of Czech business companies regarding the implementation of artificial intelligence in financial management. The aim of the research is to determine whether companies perceive the adoption of AI as an opportunity or a threat, which factors influence its acceptance or rejection, in which areas they intend to implement the technology, and which specific tools they plan to use. A quantitative research method was applied, specifically a questionnaire survey. The results provided valuable insights into the adoption of artificial intelligence in financial management, revealing that the majority of companies hold a positive attitude and view AI as an opportunity. |
