| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kalkulací v prostředí zakázkové výroby v průmyslovém podniku. Úvodní teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice ohledně kalkulací nákladů, přičemž zahrnuje vymezení samotného pojmu zakázkové výroby, nákladů, jejich strukturování a způsoby alokace. Následně jsou představeny hlavní kalkulační metody využívané v praxi a objasněna klíčová hlediska spojená s jejich aplikací. Druhá část práce se soustředí na analýzu konkrétního podniku a jeho přístupu ke kalkulaci nákladů u vybraných zakázek. Součástí této části je zpracování výsledné kalkulace, její porovnání s kalkulací předběžnou a následné zhodnocení. Na základě provedené analýzy kalkulací budou navržena zlepšení pro optimalizaci. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of cost calculation in the context of custom manufacturing within an industrial enterprise. The introductory theoretical part deals with the topic of cost calculation, including the definition of custom manufacturing, costs, their structure, and methods of allocation. It also presents the main costing methods used in practice and explains the key aspects of their application. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of a specific company and its approach to cost calculation for selected orders. This section includes the processing of the final calculation, its comparison with the preliminary calculation, and subsequent evaluation. Based on the conducted analysis, proposals for optimization and improvement of the costing process are presented. |
