Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat možnosti a přístupy k ocenění fotbalového klubu SK Slavia Praha jako klasické investice ke dni 31.12.2023. Práce zahrnuje provedení finanční a strategické analýzy, která umožní porovnání společnosti s fotbalovým odvětvím v České republice i v zahraničí. Součástí práce je vytvoření finančního plánu a samotné ocenění primárně zaměřené na výnosovou metodu. Dále jsou využity i podpůrné metody ocenění. Práce zkoumá, zda je vůbec možné využít metodu diskontovaných peněžních toků pro ocenění fotbalového klubu a za jakých podmínek by byla tato metoda vhodná. Práce není rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, ale tyto části se vzájemně prolínají. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the possibilities and approaches to valuing the football club SK Slavia Praha as a standard investment as of December 31, 2023. The thesis includes both financial and strategic analyses, which enable a comparison of the company with the football industry in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. Part of the thesis is the creation of a financial plan and the valuation itself, with a primary focus on the income-based approach. In addition, supportive valuation methods are also applied. The thesis explores whether the discounted cash flow method can be used to value a football club at all, and under what conditions such a method would be appropriate. The thesis is not divided into a theoretical and practical part, these components are interwoven throughout the work. |
