| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění fotbalového klubu SK Slavia Praha k 30.6.2025 na základě veřejně dostupných informací. Ocenění vychází z finanční a strategické analýzy společnosti a fotbalového odvětví, které umožňuje identifikaci hlavních faktorů ovlivňujících hodnotu podniku a zohlednění specifik profesionálního fotbalu, zejména proměnlivosti sportovních výsledků a významu nehmotných aktiv. Základem ocenění je majetková metoda. Výsledky jsou doplněny metodou tržního porovnání a širší pohled na hodnotu podniku přináší také analýza využití výnosové metody. Práce není rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, ale tyto části se vzájemně prolínají. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to value the football club SK Slavia Praha as of 30 June 2025 based on publicly available information. The valuation is based on the financial and strategic analysis of the company and the football industry, which allows the identification of the main factors influencing the company’s value and reflects the specifics of professional football, especially the volatility of sporting performance and the importance of intangible assets. The main valuation method applied is the asset-based approach. To support the results, the market comparison method is also used, and for a broader perspective on the company’s value, an income-based analysis approach is additionally applied. The thesis is not divided into separate theoretical and practical parts; instead, these are interconnected throughout the work. |
