| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti Notino, s.r.o. hodnotu společnosti stanovenou k 30.4.2023. V práci je nejprve provedena literární rešerše, následně v praktické části jsou v rámci strategické analýzy identifikovány silné a slabé stránky společnosti, nejvýznamnější příležitosti a hrozby. Výstupy ze strategické analýzy slouží pro vypracování pětiletého finančního plánu, jenž je hlavním podkladem pro ocenění na základě metody DCF. Výsledné ocenění je srovnáno s dalšími metodami jako je metoda tržních a transakčních násobků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the valuation of Notino, s.r.o., determining the company’s value as of April 30, 2023. First, a literature review is conducted; in the second section, a strategic analysis identifies the company’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as its most significant opportunities and threats. The results of this strategic analysis are then used to develop a five-year financial plan, which serves as the main basis for the DCF valuation. Finally, the valuation obtained is compared with other methods, such as the market and transaction multiples approaches. |
