| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu pro založení kočičí kavárny ve středně velkém městě, konkrétně v Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem je zjistit, zda je tento koncept realizovatelný a ekonomicky udržitelný. Teoretická část vymezuje základní principy podnikání v gastronomii, aktuální trendy v oboru, legislativní požadavky a zásady tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je zaměřena na detailní návrh kočičí kavárny, zahrnující popis konceptu, marketingovou a provozní strategii, personální zdroje a finanční plán. Součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření, hloubkové rozhovory s odborníky a vlastní pozorování v kočičích kavárnách. Na základě provedených analýz byla vyhodnocena reálnost projektu, včetně identifikace příležitostí, hrozeb a rizik. Životaschopnost podnikatelského záměru je vyhodnocena na konci podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for establishing a cat café in a medium-sized city, specifically in Mladá Boleslav. The main aim is to determine whether this concept is feasible and economically sustainable. The theoretical part defines the basic principles of entrepreneurship in gastronomy, current industry trends, legislative requirements, and the fundamentals of business plan creation. The practical part is devoted to a detailed proposal of the cat café, including a description of the concept, marketing and operational strategy, human resources, and a financial plan. The thesis also incorporates a questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews with experts, and personal observation in existing cat cafés. Based on the conducted analyses, the feasibility of the project was evaluated, including the identification of opportunities, threats, and risks. The viability of the business plan is evaluated at the end of the project. |
