| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá automatizací procesu výpočtu odložené provize v oblasti acquiringu. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout a implementovat řešení pro automatizovaný výpočet odložené provize za účelem zefektivnění procesů pro dodání odložené provize, výpočtu profitability a alokací. Pro naplnění cíle bylo nejprve vymezeno business zadání, kde je čtenář uveden do oblasti acquiringu a jsou zadány business požadavky na řešení. V další části je vymezeno datově technické zadání, kde jsou též zadány požadavky na řešení a je představeno aktuální datové řešení a zvolené technologie pro nové řešení. Dle požadavků byl vyhotoven návrh řešení, kde jsou též porovnány dostupné nástroje a produkty. Na základě návrhu řešení byla provedena implementace za pomoci SQL skriptů a ETL. Řešení bylo nasazeno do produkčního provozu banky a poté bylo celé řešení validováno z business pohledu a z pohledu technicko-datového. Z validace vyplynula vysoká míra spokojenosti koncových uživatelů. Nakonec byly autorkou zhodnoceny limitace a přínosy práce, kde bylo posouzeno, že hlavními limitacemi práce je anonymizace, výběr nástrojů a čas. Naopak přínosy jsou konkurenční výhoda pro BankuXY a snížení nákladů a manuální práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the automation of the deferred commission calculation process in the field of acquiring. The main aim of the thesis is to design and implement a solution for the automated calculation of deferred commission to be more effective in the processes for the delivery of deferred commission, profitability calculation and allocations. First, the business assignment is defined, where the reader is introduced to the field of acquiring, and business requirements for the solution are specified. The next chapter defines the data and technical assignment, where the requirements for the solution are also specified. The current data solution and selected technologies for the new solution are presented. A solution design was prepared in accordance with the requirements, which also compares the available tools and products. The solution was deployed into the bank's production environment and then validated from a business, technical, and data perspective. The validation revealed a high level of satisfaction among end users. Finally, the author evaluated the limitations and benefits of the work, assessing that the main limitations are anonymization, tool selection, and time. On the other hand, the benefits are a competitive advantage for BankXY and a reduction in costs and manual work. |
