| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ochraně designu v podnikání se zaměřením na průmyslový vzor. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké právní nástroje mohou podnikatelé využít k ochraně svého designu v českém i mezinárodním právním prostředí a jaké ekonomické dopady tato ochrana přináší. Teoretická část definuje design, jeho druhy a právní nástroje jeho ochrany. Práce se dále zaměřuje na průmyslový vzor, jeho charakteristiku, zápisnou způsobilost a proces registrace na národní, unijní i mezinárodní úrovni. Součástí teoretické části jsou i ekonomické aspekty ochrany designu, jako přínos pro podnikatele a možné výzvy spojené s registrací designu. Praktická část zahrnuje případovou studii konkrétní společnosti, její využití právních nástrojů k ochraně designu a analýzu soudního sporu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the protection of design in business, with an emphasis on industrial design protection. The aim of the thesis is to determine what legal instruments entrepreneurs can use to protect their design in both the Czech and international legal environments, and what economic impacts such protection brings. The theoretical part defines design, its types, and the legal instruments for its protection. The thesis further concentrates on industrial design, its characteristics, eligibility for registration, and the registration process at national, European Union, and international levels. The theoretical part also covers economic aspects of design protection, such as the benefits for entrepreneurs and potential challenges associated with design registration. The practical part includes a case study of a specific company, its use of legal instruments for design protection, and an analysis of the related court dispute. |
