| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání Filipínců v České republice. Práce se soustředí na vývoj pracovní migrace Filipínců, jejich nejčastější uplatnění na trhu práce a samotným procesem, kterým musí zaměstnanec projít, aby jeho relokace do České republiky byla úspěšná. Práce také identifikuje typy pobytových oprávnění, které občané třetích zemí mohou získat a s tím práva a povinnosti spojené. Cílem práce je získat poznatky o české právní úpravě zaměstnávání občanů třetích zemí a o možnostech, které Filipínci mají pro legální práci na území České republiky. Součástí cíle je identifikovat motivace a uplatnění filipínských pracovníků. K dosažení cílů je využita kvantitativní i kvalitativní metoda. Kvantitativní část analyzuje data o počtu filipínských pracovníků, jejich uplatnění a vývoji migrace v čase. Kvalitativní část je založena na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech se dvěma filipínskými pracovníky v České republice. Tyto rozhovory přibližují jejich zkušenosti a výzvy spojené s relokací z Filipín do České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the employment of Filipinos in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the development of labor migration from the Philippines, their most common forms of employment and the process that the employee must undergo in order to relocate succesfully to the Czech Republic. The bachelor's thesis also identifies the types of residence permits, that third country nationals can obtain and the rights and obligations connected to them. The aim of the thesis is to provide insights into the Czech legal framework governing the employment of third country nationals and the opportunities that Filipinos have in order to work legally in the Czech Republic. Part of the aim is also to identify motivations and labor market placement of Filipino workers. To achieve these aims, quantitative and qualitative methods are used. The quantitative part analyses data on the number of Filipino workers, their labor market placement and the development of migration over time. The qualitative part is based on semi-structured interviews with two Filipino workers in the Czech republic. These interviews provide insight into their experiences and challenges associated with relocation from the Philippines to the Czech Republic. |
