| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu dohody o partnerství mezi Evropskou unií a jihoamerickým regionálním uskupením Mercosur. V práci jsou rozebrány hmotněprávní a procesněprávní aspekty se zaměřením na prozatímní provádění a proces ratifikace. Dále jsou v práci posuzovány ekonomické aspekty dohody z pohledu obou vyjednávajících stran. Nakonec se v práci analyzují odlišné názory týkající se dohody. Za cíl si tato práce stanovila nezávislé určení a kritické zhodnocení vybraných aktuálních právních otázek pojících se s dohodou, potenciálních ekonomických dopadů dohody na obě ekonomiky a rozdílně zastávaných postojů zainteresovaných osob. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis adresses the topic of the Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the South American regional grouping Mercosur. The thesis analyzes the substantive and procedural aspects with a focus on the provisional application and the ratification process. The thesis also assesses the economic aspects of the agreement from the perspective of both negotiating parties. Finally, the thesis analyzes the different opinions regarding the agreement. The aim of this thesis is to independently identify and evaluate selected current legal issues, the potential economic impacts of the agreement on both economies, and the different propositional attitudes that relate to it, or are currently held. |
