| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá právními a ekonomickými výzvami, spojenými s rychlým nástupem generativní umělé inteligence na sociálních sítích. V obecné části práce je nejdříve vysvětlen technologický základ generativní AI, její historický vývoj a současné nástroje AI. Dále je popsán právní rámec generativní AI a její ekonomické dopady na tvůrce a regulátory. Zvláštní část je složena vyhodnocením kvalitativního výzkumu v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s mezioborovými odborníky, kvantitativního výzkumu v podobě dotazníkového šetření a následné mezi-metodové triangulace získaných empirických dat. V závěru práce jsou uvedena konkrétní doporučení pro legislativu, sociální platformy i tvůrce obsahu a celková syntéza, pomocí které došlo k zodpovězení pěti zvolených výzkumných otázek, na základě kterých byla úspěšně ověřena hypotéza. Práce tedy potvrzuje, že generativní AI narušuje tradiční rámce ochrany duševního vlastnictví na sociálních sítích a mohla by v budoucnu vést k novým legislativním, organizačním, výkladovým a technologickým opatřením. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the legal and economic challenges associated with the rapid expansion of generative artificial intelligence on social media platforms. The general part first explains the technological foundations of generative AI, its historical development, and current AI tools. It further describes the legal framework governing generative AI and analyses its economic impacts on content creators and regulatory actors. The special part presents the evaluation of a qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with interdisciplinary experts, a quantitative questionnaire survey, and the subsequent mixed-method triangulation of the collected empirical data. The conclusion of the thesis offers concrete recommendations for legislation, social media platforms, and content creators, as well as an overall synthesis through which the five selected research questions were answered and the hypothesis was successfully verified. The thesis confirms that generative AI disrupts traditional intellectual property protection frameworks on social media and may, in the future, require new legislative, organisational, interpretative, and technological measures. |
