| Abstract: | This thesis examines whether the environmental ESG strategies of Volkswagen Group and Renault Group represent authentic sustainability practices or show indicators of greenwashing. Using a qualitative comparative case study and ESRS E1 alignment analysis, it evaluates the transparency, credibility, and completeness of their environmental disclosures. Based on these findings, the thesis proposes how both companies can more effectively integrate sustainability into their export strategies to enhance credibility and competitiveness in international markets. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, zda environmentální ESG strategie společností Volkswagen Group a Renault Group představují skutečné udržitelné praktiky, nebo zda vykazují znaky greenwashingu. Pomocí kvalitativní komparativní případové studie a analýzy souladu s ESRS E1 hodnotí transparentnost, věrohodnost a úplnost jejich environmentálních tvrzení. Na základě zjištěných rozdílů práce navrhuje, jak mohou být tyto strategie efektivněji integrovány do exportních strategií firem s cílem posílit jejich důvěryhodnost a konkurenceschopnost na mezinárodních trzích. |
