| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá dopady války na Ukrajině na agrární sektor a jeho postavení v mezinárodním obchodě. Zaměřuje se na změny v logistických trasách, produkci, nákladech, dostupnosti financování a stavu zemědělské infrastruktury. Teoretická část popisuje význam Ukrajiny pro globální trh se zemědělskými komoditami a hlavní mechanismy dopadů války. Analytická část využívá dostupná statistická data k posouzení vývoje exportu. Empirická část je založena na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech se zástupci ukrajinských zemědělských podniků. Rozhovory potvrzují zásadní problémy v oblasti logistiky, financí, lidského kapitálu a poškozené infrastruktury. Výsledky ukazují, že konflikt způsobil pokles produkce, omezení exportu a dlouhodobé změny v organizaci sektoru. Mezi hlavní směry obnovy patří rozvoj alternativních exportních tras, obnova infrastruktury, podpora podnikání, odminování a posílení lidských zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the impact of the war in Ukraine on the agricultural sector and its position in international trade. It focuses on changes in logistics routes, production, costs, availability of financing and the condition of agricultural infrastructure. The theoretical part describes the importance of Ukraine for the global agricultural commodity market and the main mechanisms of the war's impact. The analytical part uses available statistical data to assess export developments. The empirical part is based on semi-structured interviews with representatives of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises. The interviews confirm fundamental problems in the areas of logistics, finance, human capital and damaged infrastructure. The results show that the conflict caused a decline in production, export restrictions and long-term changes in the organization of the sector. The main directions of recovery include the development of alternative export routes, reconstruction of infrastructure, business support, demining and the development of human resources. |
