| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá sociálně-ekonomickou integraci tureckých migrantů v České republice se zaměřením na jejich pracovní uplatnění a podnikání. Teoretická část představuje vývoj turecké migrace, demografické trendy a institucionální rámec v ČR. Empirická část vychází z rozhovorů s osmi respondenty různých migračních generací. Výsledky ukazují, že migraci ovlivňuje kombinace ekonomických a politických faktorů, zatímco podnikání slouží jako důležitý nástroj integrace. Respondenti narážejí na administrativní a jazykové bariéry, přesto však Českou republiku vnímají jako stabilní prostředí umožňující profesní i osobní rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis examines the socio-economic integration of Turkish migrants in the Czech Republic, focusing on their labour market participation and entrepreneurial activities. The theoretical section outlines the development of Turkish migration, demographic trends, and the institutional framework in the Czech context. The empirical analysis is based on interviews with eight respondents representing different migration waves. The findings show that migration is driven by a combination of economic and political factors, while entrepreneurship functions as an important tool of integration. Although respondents face administrative and language barriers, they perceive the Czech Republic as a stable environment that supports professional and personal development. |
