| Abstract: | Ve své práci se snažím zhodnotit situaci, do které se dostal Československý stát po druhé světové válce v důsledku odsunu Němců. Práce shrnuje přínos a efektivitu jednotlivých opatření a právních uprav, které vláda přijala proto, aby zajistila konfiskaci německého majetku a jeho následného přidělování novým českým osídlencům. Hlavním přínosem mé práce je celkové zhodnocení tohoto období a s tím související nalezení nedostatků v tomto procesu, které zpravidla způsobila rychlost, s jakou dekrety byly přijaty. A dále upozornění na to, že se v poválečné době byly prioritou státu zájmy bezpečnostní, národnostní a politické, a to vše na úkor československého hospodářství. |

| Abstract: | This study represents an attempt to assess the situation in Czechoslovakia after the Second World War in consequence of the expulsion of Sudeten Germans from Czech borderland. It summarizes the overall contribution and the effectiveness of individual measures and legal amendments proposed by the government in order to permit the confiscation of German property and its redistribution to new Czech inhabitants. The main aim of this work is to find certain imperfections in the process (probably caused by the speed with which the decrees passed), as well as to draw the attention to the fact that the security, political and national interests became the national priorities in post-war period, at the expense of Czechoslovak economy. |
