| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá podporou rodiny a blízkého okolí při bezlepkové dietě a jejím vlivem na každodenní život. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem rodina a blízké okolí je schopna podpořit bezlepkového jedince. Pro praktickou část byl využit kvalitativní výzkum pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s dvanácti respondenty, kteří mají ve svém okolí osobu s celiakií. Analýza dat byla provedena pomocí tématického kódování v programu Atlas.ti, kde bylo vytvořeno osm hlavních oblastí. Výsledky ukázaly, že podpora rodiny je důležitým faktorem při dodržování bezlepkové diety. Závěr práce zdůrazňuje význam informovanosti, dostupnosti potravin a podpory rodiny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the support of family and close friends during a gluten-free diet and its impact on everyday life. The aim of the thesis is to find out how family and close friends can support individuals on a gluten-free diet. For the practical part, qualitative research was used in the form of in-depth interviews with twelve respondents who have someone with celiac disease in their circle of friends and family. Data analysis was performed using thematic coding in the Atlas.ti program, where eight main areas were created. The results showed that family support is an important factor in adhering to a gluten-free diet. The conclusion of the thesis emphasizes the importance of awareness, food availability, and family support. |
