| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá aplikací principů Lean Six Sigma [LSS] na zlepšení průběhu festivalu. V teoretické části jsou představeny poznatky z provozního managementu služeb, využití Lean Six Sigma ve službách a metodologie DMAIC. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací metod LSS na festival Posviť si na budoucnost. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout zlepšení současných procesů festivalu vzdělávání a práce Posviť si na budoucnost s využitím zmíněné metodiky Lean Six Sigma, konkrétně rámce DMAIC. Rámec DMAIC slouží jako návod, jak nalézt a zavést přínosná zlepšení. Pro zjištění názoru hlavního zákazníka byl využit dotazník vyplňovaný přímo na festivalu. Díky analýze dat z dotazníku bylo zjištěno, že vhodnou oblastí pro zlepšení je orientace na festivalu a zkrácení doby hledání stánků vystavovatelů. Navrhnut byl proto nový layout spolu s dalšími změnami jako je např. podoba mapy areálu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the application of Lean Six Sigma [LSS] principles to improve processes of a festival. The theoretical part presents findings from operations management for services, the use of Lean Six Sigma in services and the DMAIC methodology. The practical part deals with the application of LSS methods to the festival Posviť si na budoucnost. The bachelor's thesis aims to propose improvements to the current processes of the education and work festival Posviť si na budoucnost using the aforementioned Lean Six Sigma methodology, specifically the DMAIC framework. The DMAIC framework serves as a guide to finding and implementing beneficial improvements. A questionnaire filled out directly at the festival was used to determine the opinion of the main customer. Thanks to the analysis of the data from the questionnaire, it was found that a suitable area for improvement is orientation at the festival and shortening the time it takes to find exhibitors' stands. Therefore, a new layout was proposed along with other changes, such as the appearance of the area map. |
