| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce provádí komparativní analýzu dvou předních evropských festivalů klasické hudby: českého Pražského jara a rakouského Salzburger Festspiele. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit klíčové rozdíly a podobnosti v ekonomických parametrech a v práci s návštěvníky, a posoudit jejich sociální a ekonomické dopady. K zodpovězení výzkumných otázek je využita metoda benchmarkingu, analýza výročních zpráv a kvalitativní šetření se zaměstnanci z obou festivalů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis provides a comparative analysis of two leading European classical music festivals: The Prague Spring and The Salzburger Festspiele. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the key differences and similarities in economic parameters and in working with visitors, and to assess their social and economic impacts. To answer the research questions, the thesis uses benchmarking, analysis of annual reports, and surveys with employees from both festivals. |
